From 6 to 12 hrs before schedule departure                                        INR 50 per seat + 20 %

From 12 to 24 hrs before schedule departure                                      INR 50 per seat + 10 %

Before 24 hrs before schedule departure                                                  INR 100 per seat

Partial cancellation of bus ticket is allowed.

Refund policy mentioned above is standard cancellation policy of Yatra Guru Travels. The actual cancellation charges are determined by bus operators and bus providers at the actual time of cancellation. 

Cancellation charges are calculated on the actual fare of the ticket, if any discount coupons are used while purchasing the ticket, the discounted value would be used to calculate the refund amount when a ticket is cancelled.

For any kind of journey inconvenience and bus cancellation issues, please contact us within next 5 days of Journey date, else request would not be processed.
